Open Process Tab

Gives you all information related to processes that have not finished.  It provides these..

  • Title of the process
  • Due Date
  • Status (Overdue)
  • Current Task within the workflow
  • Person Responsible for the task

Email and SMS Notifications

Email or SMS Notifications are sent to process members whenever tasks are completed and passed on to other members.

Outlook Calendar Invites for Overdue processes

Calendar invites are sent to the Process Owner and the Task Owner once a process is delayed.  This will help address open issues that is causing delay.
